By the grace of Almighty Allah, this vision took shape in 1986 in Nawab Saheb Kunta, Hyderabad, when a young and determined postgraduate from Aligarh Muslim University, inspired by the educational philosophy of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan and the historic Aligarh Movement, laid the foundation of IQRA Mission High School.
At just 25 years of age, Dr. Mohammed Sajid Ali (M.Sc., B.Ed., LL.B., Ph.D.) established the school with a clear and powerful mission — to provide structured, value-based, and quality education to children in an underserved urban locality where access to educational opportunities was limited.

At Iqra Mission High School, academic excellence is thoughtfully blended with innovation, values, and future-ready skills.The Primary Section follows the CBSE curriculum.
Hifz Academy
At Iqra Mission High School, the Hifz-e-Qur’an programme, is offered as an optional pathway from Grade I onwards, providing students with the opportunity to memorise the Holy Qur’an in a structured, supportive environment.
Junior College
Iqra Mission Junior College, established in 2013, builds upon the strong academic and moral foundation laid at the school level.
Vocational College
Iqra Mission Vocational College, established in the year 2022, offers skill-based vocational courses designed to enhance employability and practical knowledge.
Montessori
At Iqra Mission High School, the Pre-Primary Section follows a Montessori-inspired approach based on the philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori, emphasizing self-directed learning, hands-on activities, and collaborative play.
